Teaching Assistant - Information Networking Institute

The Information Networking Institute (INI) at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) educates and develops engineers through technical, interdisciplinary master’s degree programs in information networking, security and mobile and IoT engineering that incorporate business and policy perspectives.

We are currently hiring a Teaching Assistant to join the Information Networking Institute. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You will contribute to the department by assisting faculty members with classroom instruction, exams, record keeping and other miscellaneous projects, and other such tasks that are assigned to you.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Proctoring exams and providing general classroom support for the professor.
  
  
• Grading assignments and course projects.
  
  
• Handing out assignments & grading papers.
  
  
• Other duties as assigned.
