St. Catherine University invites applications for the Program Coordinator position with Katie Leadership Impact. This is a full-time grant funded position that is scheduled to end in August 2024.
Katie Leadership Impact is a leadership development program that help students realize their potential as a leader and build a meaningful career. The program fosters leadership skills through coursework, applied learning, internships, and student support. The Program Coordinator is a part of the grant infrastructure to ensure achieving the outcomes of the grant.
Responsibilities:
- Support the director with planning and monitoring programs to meet the department goals
- Maintain and administer program, course, and scholarship evaluations
- Select individuals to receive incentives for completion of survey
- Manage the leadership scholarships by tracking applicant status
- Assist with creating marketing materials for scholarships and summer camp
- Communicate with students about scholarships, programs, and additional leadership support
- Assist with the summer camp hiring process with scheduling interviews and participating in the final selections
- Review and monitor the summer camp budget under the supervision of the director
- Attend community and campus events for marketing and recruiting purposes; bring awareness of programs at the university

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in planning and organizing multiple projects
- Experience in coordinating activities
- Experience with working with spreadsheets
- Experience working with youth and diverse communities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
- Compartmentalizing projects
