Job Description
The College of Health Sciences is seeking applications for a Health Pavilion Advising & Graduate Admissions Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week, non-exempt position.
The Health Pavilion Advising & Graduate Admissions Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the College of Health Sciences (CHS) and the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences (CEBS) with administrative functions related to admissions and advising.

Responsibilities - Health Pavilion Advising & Graduate Admissions Administrative Assistant
- Provides exceptional customer service at all levels to individuals entering the Health Pavilion Admissions and Advising Suite as well as responding to phone calls and emails for the CHS and CEBS admission counselors
- Participates in admission meetings for assigned units
- Maintains an inventory of printed and marketing materials
- Collaborate with admissions staff and program leadership to coordinate open events such as, but not limited to, open houses, interview days, supporting CHS and CEBS UG admission events
- Edit communication plan content as directed by admission counselors in coordination with academic units within the university system
- For off-campus events, coordinate travel as requested by attendees, booth registration, expense tracking, and lead entry into the university system
- Submit basic website updates to the university webmaster
- Connects with College of Health and Science non-exempt staff to ensure coordinated operations, assisting College of Health and Sciences departments with event planning as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace products, and database programs is required
- Experience learning new systems and adapting to technology needs is also required
