The Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology encourages
applications for a Soil Microbiome Analyst!
This position is a short term researcher to assist with analysis,
writing, and publication of datasets related to soil rhizosphere
micriobiome communities associated with sunflower family plants in
agricultural fields. We hope to better understand how sunflower
genetics and environmental conditions affect the diversity and
composition of bacterial and fungal microbes in the soil
surrounding sunflower roots.
