Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Director of SSOI plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and the efficient processing of admissions applications. This position is responsible for overseeing the strategic utilization of CRM technology to enhance the student experience, optimize operational processes, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. By leading a dedicated admissions team, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, this role contributes to the achievement of our institutional goals and meeting student enrollment targets.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Three years of experience in higher education, particularly in admissions or CRM experience is required. Three to five years preferred.

Job Duties:
- 50% - Lead and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and functionality. Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve efficiency and user engagement/experience. Collaborate with IT and other business partners to maintain and enhance operations. - (Essential)
- 25% - Oversee the admissions process from application submission to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants. Develop and refine admissions procedures and policies to meet institutional goals. Monitor and report on admissions processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. - (Essential)
- 20% - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing CRM and admission teams. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and promote professional development. - (Essential)
- 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)
