About the Opportunity

This position will provide academic support for the instructors in Principles of Microeconomics. Responsibilities may include assisting the course instructors with grading and course preparation, providing office hours for students, leading recitation sections, assisting with lectures, running workshops or study sessions, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will have strong subject matter knowledge in economics as demonstrated by performance in economics courses.
• BA/BS graduates, current Master's students or Master's degree graduates in Economics preferred, as is prior experience being a teaching assistant or peer tutor for introductory Economics courses.

Hourly pay rate: $20
