Job Description

The Sinclair School of Nursing is seeking a motivated, engaged, and dedicated Office Support Assistant IV to provide fiscal support and building coordination.

Position Overview:
  • Process reimbursement for faculty and staff
  • Ordering and stocking of supplies for building, faculty and staff
  • Process contracts and accounts payable
  • Process accounts receivable
  • Assist faculty and staff with travel arrangements
  • Communicate with faculty and staff regarding important building matters such as utility outages, maintenance, construction, road closings
  • Utilize Energy Management’s Card Access application
  • Make room reservations, including scheduling for classes
  • Submit work orders and following up to make sure the issue is resolved (or is in process of being resolved)
  • Liaison with custodial team, campus facilities, and CSM (Campus Service and Maintenance)
  • Records Management

This position works directly with faculty and staff and is 100% on-site.

Salary

Salary Range: $14.09-$19.34 hourly

Grade: GGS-006

University Title: Office Support Assistant IV

Shift

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., but may vary based on event calendar.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of MU PeopleSoft financial system (grants module, accounts payable and e-Pro) and Microsoft Office desired, but not required. Individual must have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently but also as a team member. Excellent professional communication, organization skills and attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines is required.
