Job Description
The Sinclair School of Nursing is seeking a motivated, engaged, and dedicated Office Support Assistant IV to provide fiscal support and building coordination.
Position Overview:
- Process reimbursement for faculty and staff
- Ordering and stocking of supplies for building, faculty and staff
- Process contracts and accounts payable
- Process accounts receivable
- Assist faculty and staff with travel arrangements
- Communicate with faculty and staff regarding important building matters such as utility outages, maintenance, construction, road closings
- Utilize Energy Management’s Card Access application
- Make room reservations, including scheduling for classes
- Submit work orders and following up to make sure the issue is resolved (or is in process of being resolved)
- Liaison with custodial team, campus facilities, and CSM (Campus Service and Maintenance)
- Records Management
- Highly engaged and described as proactive and self-determined.
- Positive attitude, personable with a desire for close and collaborative working relationships.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and who will be flexible and problem-solve in real time.
- Highly organized who is detail oriented.
This position works directly with faculty and staff and is 100% on-site.
Salary
Salary Range: $14.09-$19.34 hourly
Grade: GGS-006
University Title: Office Support Assistant IV

Shift
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., but may vary based on event calendar.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of MU PeopleSoft financial system (grants module, accounts payable and e-Pro) and Microsoft Office desired, but not required. Individual must have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently but also as a team member. Excellent professional communication, organization skills and attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines is required.
