Executive Assistant to Vice President of Equity & Inclusion



Description

This position provides executive-level administrative support requiring a high degree of confidentiality to the Vice President for Equity and Inclusion. The position interfaces with a wide variety of stakeholders, including students, staff and faculty, the Board of Trustees, senior management, external agencies, and members of the community. The Executive Assistant manages a high volume of incoming and outgoing communication, scheduling, travel, and projects; organizes meetings and events; takes meeting minutes; and drafts reports. Occasionally, they attend meetings on behalf of the Vice President. They serve as the Office’s web content manager and public records coordinator.
