This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. The Print Production Coordinator will oversee workflows, processes, print specifications, estimates and timelines for delivering projects. This role is a facilitator of collaboration and communication across both internal clients and contracted vendors, guiding projects from their inception to successful completion in a fast-paced environment. Provides support to campus departments, including but not limited to, project estimates, tracking production status, reporting, coordinating production schedules, invoice reconciliation, and managing vendor relations. Bachelor’s Degree or five years Print and Production experience. Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Desktop Publishing Experience
1. One year of experience working in a printing service environment with experience in customer service.
2. One (1) year experience using Apple and Windows computers and related software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, Fiery Software, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Roland CutStudio, Onyx PosterShip, Lightburn Engraving.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. A printing background is preferred.

-Working knowledge of offset printing equipment and printing processes.
-Ability to set-up, operate, and provide routine maintenance/repair for equipment to include: paper cutter; digital printing equipment, large-format inkjet devices, and specialty printing equipment.
-Mechanical aptitude preferred.
