Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Financial Aid Assistant in the Financial Aid department.
The candidate would be expected to serve as the first point of contact for the Financial Aid Office. The position is a liaison for prospective students and their parents, currently enrolled students, the University community, and the public at large. The candidate will provide general information about the University and its administrative processes, as well as specific information about the financial aid process.
This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.

Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment, Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2016, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2016

- Three plus (3+) years of related experience.
- Experience in providing quality customer service either in person, on the phone or via email.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a financial aid office.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel 2016.
