OPS ITS Event Support Associate



Job Summary

Job Description
  • Delivers, installs, troubleshoots, and operates audio visual systems, streaming platforms, and computers used in classes, meetings, conferences and other special events
  • Ensures correct operation of audio-visual equipment, assists users with operational issues, and provide excellent customer service
  • Learns to use basic software tools to enhance audio and video sources
  • Assists with equipment inventory and equipment service/repair activity
  • Assists in processing customer requests
  • Assists in tracking tickets in work order system
