Job Description

The Associate Dean of Students & Senior Deputy Title IX/VII Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the student conduct process and related services for students. The Associate Dean of Students & Senior Deputy Title IX Coordinator serves in duty rotation with the Associate Vice President of Student Life/Dean of Students (AVP/DOS) and is responsible for the duties of the AVP/DOS in their absence.  The Associate Dean of Students & Senior Deputy Title IX Coordinator is responsible for overseeing training and case management of student sexual misconduct and discrimination and harassment complaints.

Annual Salary Range:  $66,400.00-$69,720.00*

Job Requirements

  • A background screening will be required; Master's degree required in higher education, law, or related field; Minimum of 7 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in student affairs; Demonstrated experience in student conduct procedures, processes, and legal issues; Demonstrated experience with student sexual misconduct and harassment/discrimination cases, knowledge of student sexual misconduct and discrimination/harassment best practices; Experience in crisis response, intervention, and management Ability to be an effective team member who can foster strong relationships across organizational boundaries; Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
