The Furniture & Refresh Project Manager, under the direction of
the Director of Planning, Design & Construction (PDC), will be
responsible for the coordination, administration and management of
both furniture and small-scale construction projects from inception
to completion. This multifaceted role involves coordinating design,
procurement, construction, and installation of furniture items, as
well as managing minor capital construction activities to ensure
timely and successful project delivery. The project manager is
responsible for budget management, resource allocation, risk
assessment, and effective communication with various teams and
stakeholders. By combining expertise in furniture design and
construction management, this role aims to create functional and

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $6,500 - $6,834 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,750 - $11,146 per month
