Lecturer in Music and Director of Recording Arts

The Department of Music is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Lecturer in Music and Director of Recording Arts. The candidate is expected to excel in sound recording, music production, and teaching introductory/advanced courses; oversee recording studio facilities; and mentor students through theoretical and applied experiences. We seek a creative artistic mindset, inspiring students to explore musical boundaries, and engage collaboratively with various disciplines in exciting innovative ways. This full-time long-term teaching position meets increased demand from students exploring sound recording, synthesis, sound design, and music technology.
