Williams College seeks an intellectually curious, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and experienced fundraiser to serve as Senior Development Officer (SDO). Reporting to the Director of Major Gifts, the SDO will design and execute strategies to meaningfully engage the next generation of philanthropists capable of making gifts of $250,000 and higher with the College. The SDO will be a mission-driven, relationship- and results-oriented fundraiser with a growth mindset and strong work ethic. They will lead special projects, ideate and execute on- and off-campus donor events, and collaborate with colleagues throughout the Williams community.

The SDO will serve at an exciting time and join a long-tenured team with significant philanthropic potential to achieve ambitious fundraising goals that make the College’s highest aspirations possible.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience.
