Southern Arkansas University invites applications for a tenure track position of Assistant or Associate Professor of Mathematics, within the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science.
Duties: Teaching undergraduate Mathematics; scholarly activities; curriculum development; student advising; recruitment and retention activities; departmental services; develop Math courses as needed in the program; supervise undergraduate research projects; advising of student clubs and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Mathematics; ABD may be considered; ability to teach undergraduate and graduate students; excellent communication skills; ability to work well with the others; strong interest in student activities; commitment to professional development.
