Reporting to and taking direction from the Manager of Technology
Operations, primary functions of the Operations Coordinator
position include, but not limited to, the following:
Coordinate and conduct all aspects of creating, modifying,
maintaining, archiving, and deleting accounts;
Conduct activities in support of deploying, supporting,
maintaining, and removing telephony services and equipment across
Conduct all necessary activities in support of managing systems for
the Office of Technology and the UCM campus;
Maintain record of inventory for all computers, audio visual
equipment, printers, and mobile devices;
Coordinating and conducting activities associated with purchase of
technology resources within the Office of Technology and all
departments across the UCM campus;
Conduct customer relations activities in support of and as directed
by the Associate Vice President of Technology / Chief Information

Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, financial management or

• Three (3) years with Office automation, customer service,
technical, and/or business process related experience.
