Position Purpose
Reporting to and taking direction from the Manager of Technology Operations, primary functions of the Operations Coordinator position include, but not limited to, the following:
Coordinate and conduct all aspects of creating, modifying, maintaining, archiving, and deleting accounts;
Conduct activities in support of deploying, supporting, maintaining, and removing telephony services and equipment across campus;
Conduct all necessary activities in support of managing systems for the Office of Technology and the UCM campus;
Maintain record of inventory for all computers, audio visual equipment, printers, and mobile devices;
Coordinating and conducting activities associated with purchase of technology resources within the Office of Technology and all departments across the UCM campus;
Conduct customer relations activities in support of and as directed by the Associate Vice President of Technology / Chief Information Officer.

Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, financial management or related field.

Experience
• Three (3) years with Office automation, customer service, technical, and/or business process related experience.
• Three (3) years facilitating vendor services.
