Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Neurosurgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Instructor positions in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree.

Responsibilities may include research in a surgical, clinical, or educational subspecialty and teaching of medical students, research-rotation residents and lab personnel regarding laboratory policy and procedures.

The successful applicant will have an opportunity to develop an individual training experience in research skills and teaching, while developing a career in an academic setting.
