The IT, Analytics, and Operations (ITAO) Department at the
University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business announces an
open rank teaching faculty position (non-tenure-track). The
candidates must have a PhD in Statistics or a closely related
field. The position is expected to teach 24 credit hours (or
equivalent) over the academic year across our various
programs.
Our ideal candidate must have demonstrated success in the classroom with an interest in teaching in areas related to Analytics, IS, and/or OM, broadly defined. Candidates who have experience teaching Predictive Analytics, Time Series Analysis, Sports Analytics content, and Advanced Statistical Methods at both the graduate and undergraduate levels are preferred. In addition, those with applied analytics experience are preferred. The ability to incorporate business and applied business examples into the content of methodologically rigorous courses is important, as teaching will be in our professional programs.
