Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure the utmost efficiency and effectiveness of the President's office and serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external constituents and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the President's office. Communication Facilitation: Act as a key liaison, managing internal and external communications on behalf of the President, promoting clarity and prompt responses. Interface with the Board of Directors and assist with administrative communications. Provide social media support to the President’s office. Lead the planning of campus events linked to the President’s office. Calendar Coordination: Skillfully manage the President's calendar, prioritizing appointments and commitments to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts. Meeting Support: Prepare and coordinate meetings, including virtual, in or out of the office. Organize luncheons and book reservations for restaurants, events, and hotel/travel. Information Organization: Maintain meticulous records, databases, and files to facilitate easy access to essential information for the President. Special Projects: Collaborate on special assignments as directed by the President, providing your expertise and dedication to their successful completion. Complete expense reports Manage meetings of the President’s Cabinet. Serve as a key person in the management of projects. Creating Presidential briefs Assist with the recruitment and hiring of staff, as well as overseeing select staff. Supervise and assign work to student interns and assist with recruitment process of student employees

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a senior Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, showcasing your ability to optimize office operations. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on efficiency. Experience with project management. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. Ability to effectively project manage and professionally drive approved initiatives home to completion. Exceptional written, oral communication, and listening skills. Ability to adapt to and excel in multicultural environments and in settings with parties from diverse backgrounds. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively and appropriately represent the university. Ability to effectively communicate and execute established plans and policies. Ability to appropriately and clearly give and exchange information directly related to job responsibilities. Strong organizational skills to complete tasks that are accurate, relevant, and timely. High level of professionalism, ability to think analytically, attention to detail, strong business ethics, and excellent work ethic.

Salary = 100k - 120k/year
