Starting Pay Rate: Per Adjunct Faculty Pay Scale

Schedule Information: Looking for qualified instructors who are able to teach on-campus Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in College Algebra, Quantitative Literacy and Statistics. Classes are in-person and run 12 weeks (9/18 – 12/15).

The number of adjunct instructors hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department. Your application can remain "Under Review by Committee" for 18 months. You may check your status at any time by logging into jobs.harpercollege.edu with your username and password.

Job Description: Harper College is looking for qualified teachers for several of our face-to-face courses being offered this fall such as Algebra, Quantitative Literacy, College Algebra, Statistics.

Education Requirements: A Master's degree in Mathematics or related field is required with at least 18 credit hour of graduate level Math coursework.

Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of teaching experience preferred. The teaching requirement may be fulfilled through a program of supervised teaching as a graduate student.
