Job Summary/Basic Functions

An Eastern Kentucky University Network Engineer utilizes their skills and knowledge of network operations to execute assigned projects, provide excellent customer service, employ troubleshooting techniques and perform routine maintenance in response to identified needs and requests.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree required.

Experience: One year of experience.

Job Duties:

• 40% - Develops, Designs, Analysis, and Executes assigned projects - ()
• 35% - Employ troubleshooting techniques - ()
• 10% - Provides excellent customer service - ()
• 5% - Performs routine maintenance - ()
• 5% - Execute tuning administration and performance optimization. - ()
• 5% - Other duties as assigned, or required, to insure the effective operation of the department. - ()
