qualified applicants for an Assistant Professor tenure-track
position in the Management and Leadership Department focusing on
strategic management beginning in the fall 2023 semester.
Additional expertise in entrepreneurship, strategic leadership,
psychology, and/or sociology is also highly desirable.The Leon Hess
Business School at Monmouth University is AACSB accredited and has
39 full-time faculty members. There are over 1,000 full-time
undergraduate students in business and over 200 students in the MBA

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication
Required Years of Experience:
PhD in strategic management or related field (e.g., management,
entrepreneurship, or organizational behavior). ABD candidates will
be considered; degree completion is required by date of hire.
Evidence of scholarly activities in the area of strategic
management or related fields (e.g., publications; conference
presentations).Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching at the
undergraduate and graduate levels.Demonstrated ability to work with
diverse student populations.
Practical work experience in the field of strategy.Knowledge and
experience in entrepreneurship and strategic leadership.Familiarity
in developing business partnerships.Versatility and/or training in
course delivery across diverse teaching modalities.
