Assistant/Associate Professor of Christian Scriptures or Practical Theology

Baylor seeks to fill the following tenure-track or tenured faculty position within the George W. Truett Theological Seminary:

 Assistant or Associate Professor in Christian Scriptures or Practical Theology

The successful candidate will support the core curriculum by teaching in her or his respective discipline (Christian Scriptures or Practical Theology) while also contributing to course offerings in the Black Church Studies program. The candidate is expected to be actively involved in research and publication. They should possess an earned doctorate in either biblical studies or practical theology, with preference given to those also holding an M.Div. and have ministry experience.
