The Department of Management in the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University is seeking applicants for a full-time tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to start in August 2024. The hallmark of the Stillman School is “transforming concepts into practice," providing Stillman students with critical skill sets and experience required for success in the profession.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can balance excellence in teaching with an active research portfolio, along with engagement in the school and university community.
Teach a 3+3 load, engage in scholarly research with demonstrable impact, and participate in departmental/school service. Teach core courses in the MBA and undergraduate program, along with specialized management major courses, including HR Management.

Required Qualifications:

An ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. from an accredited university and some teaching experience.

Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to serve a diverse student body using online technology.

FA01 - Faculty
