F.D. Bluford Library invites applicants for the position Electronic and Open Educational Resources Librarian Reporting to the Head of Bibliographic, Metadata, and Discovery Services, the Electronic and Open Educational Resources Librarian is responsible for the activation, management, assessment and documentation of electronic resources for F.D. Bluford Library. This position also works closely with faculty to provide leadership with efforts promoting discovery, adoption and implementation of electronic Open Educational Resources such as open access journals and open textbooks.
In support of Library Services’ information literacy and library instruction programs, this position will also serve as a liaison to an assigned academic department providing information literacy and library instruction in virtual and in-person classroom settings and by developing and maintaining supplemental instructional resources such as subject guides.
This is a twelve-month, tenure-track assistant professor position.
