Testing Program Assistant (Temporary)

Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a temporary Testing Program Assistant in the Conference Services and Special Events department.

The candidate would be expected to: create and update a master tracking database in Excel of all unvaccinated students and employees, to be organized by last name, first name, ID/email and date of testing ; track weekly compliance with COVID testing, noting week and date of test; access and navigates JCMWorks website; maintains privacy and confidentiality of information in JCMworks website; and collaborate with Health Services on a weekly basis to determine if any non-compliant persons were tested at the Health Center due to being symptomatic.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Word 2013, Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel 2013, Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment

Ability to learn, navigate and extract reports from healthcare website. Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality of testing records.
