Minimum Experience/Education
- Master of Science in Nursing Education. Under special circumstances, consideration may be given to persons with a baccalaureate degree with preparation in teaching and learning principles in adult education as defined by the Board of Nursing (such as Clinical Teaching in Associate certification) and/or in the process of completing CTA certification
- Minimum of two (calendar) years’ full-time employment or equivalent in clinical nursing practice as a registered nurse verified with the Board of Nursing.
- Work experience and/or teaching experience in the area of Community Health nursing.
- Current unrestricted RN license to practice in the state of North Carolina

- Provide evidence of the ability to mentor and support undergraduate students through engagement in the clinical learning environment.
