Job Summary/Basic Functions

Provide high level administration and professional support services for all activities of the program, direct executive assistance to program leaders, and oversee program needs. Services provided include written communications, meeting and resource management, data management and analysis, scheduling, organization, conducting research, and coordination of activities across departments within EKU to ensure a positive employee experience and seamless service.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Master's degree is preferred.

Experience: One year of previous experience dealing with accounting and budget management is required.

Job Duties:

• 50% - Maintains accounting records for University, EKU Foundation, Inc. and/or other Auxiliary areas. - ()
• 20% - Advises and interprets policies to faculty, staff, and outside persons - ()
• 15% - Prepares regularly scheduled and special reports. - ()
• 5% - Assists with annual audits. - ()
• 5% - 5. 5% Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. - ()
