Montgomery County Community College invites
applications for the Part-Time Academic Advisor
position. The Part-Time Academic Advisor is
responsible for providing one-on-one as well as group academic,
career and college transfer advising to students resulting in a
heightened level of student engagement, comprehensive
decision-making and utilization of a vast array of services to
support student success.
**This position requires the PA Child Abuse,
PA State Police and FBI Fingerprinting
**This position is College-wide and includes day,
evening and weekend hours (particularly during peak periods)
providing both on-site and virtual advising services as determined
by the College. On-site locations include Blue Bell campus,
Pottstown campus, and sometimes high school partner

development theory, including career and transfer decision
