Job Details
Tenure-track Organizational Behavior & Theory faculty position opening at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University for appointment at the untenured (Assistant) level.
Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate achievement of, or potential for, excellence in research and in teaching MBA, doctoral, and undergraduate students. Accomplished academic training in organizational behavior or theory, strategy, sociology, psychology, or related fields is required, as well as a Ph.D. at the time of appointment (Fall 2024). The OBT faculty at the Tepper School specialize in the areas of inter- and intra-group behavior, social networks, and organizational learning with a specific focus on inter-disciplinary and cross-level research.
