Job Description

The College Business seeks a qualified Assistant Professor to teach Management. This a nine month, tenure-track position available beginning Fall 2023.

  • Teach a combination of 3 courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, and/or Strategy and Business Policy per semester at undergraduate and/or graduate levels. The mode of delivery may be a mixture of face-to-face and/or online. Graduate courses are offered on weekends and evenings during the week.

  • Produce high quality peer-reviewed research publications. Present research at national and regional academic conferences.

  • Serve on college and university committees as assigned. Engage in student advising, and serving the university community.

Required Education & Experience:
  • Ph. D in Management or equivalent.

  • ABDs in Management or equivalent programs in final stages of completion will also be considered.

  • Evidence of a few intellectual publications is expected.

  • Experience in teaching courses at College/University level is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of teaching experience at College/University level will be preferred.

  • A research portfolio with Peer reviewed journal articles and an established future research agenda.

  • Ability to write successful research grants will be preferred.
