About the Opportunity

Graduate Admissions seeks a temporary project manager to troubleshoot, track, and resolve incidents with Slate, a new admissions software platform. The primary responsibility of the project manager is to ensure that all admissions application processes perform to specification before releasing decisions to prospective applicants.

The Project Manager will: Create incident reports to communicate and resolve incidents, suggest features/enhancement to the development team; and provide status reports to admissions officers.

The Project Manager will also support the admissions team activities to gain hands-on experience with the admissions workflows as well as to contribute to the overall success of the team. For example, the project manager may process incoming applications for completeness, review and evaluate applications, conduct virtual interviews, evaluate video interviews, and/or participate in recruiting activities. Undergraduate degree required, admissions experience preferred.

Must have strong relationship and communications skills, and experience managing and analyzing large excel datasets. Ability to build Tableau dashboards and visualizations a plus. This is a 40-hour per week temporary position from April 24, 2023- No 30, 20223.
