Position Details

Duties Performed in the Usual Course of the Job

Teach undergraduate music therapy courses. Supervise music therapy clinical placements. Assist with practicum placement, recruiting, admissions, competency evaluations, advising, and other program coordination tasks.

Educational Requirements for the Position

Earned Doctorate preferred; Master’s degree required.

Experience Required for the Position

Current MT-BC; minimum of 3 years professional music therapy clinical experience.

Preferred: university teaching experience; clinical supervisory experience; research publication; presentation experience; advanced clinical training.
