Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduation with a degree in CS/ CIS or 4+ years equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with software service permissioning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Identity and Access Management oversee security access to Banner and WebFocus as well as maintains the Bravura identity access system. The requested position will assist with the administration of Bravura and interact with users in need.
  • Administrate and help maintain the Bravura software.
  • Work closely with IT Help Desk staff to assist with authentication issues.
  • Assist and support campus IT security staff with needed logs and reports.
  • Help troubleshoot issues preventing system access.
  • Update the IAM system to reflect changes with associated external systems.
  • Research and implement communication tools to allow the IAM system to interact with new software.
  • Inform Enterprise Application division of updates and changes within the IAM system that may affect them.
  • Train staff, faculty, and supervisors on the usage of the IAM system.
  • Fill-in Banner security procedure work.
  • Write documentation supporting IAM use.
Suggested Salary Range
up to $80,000
