Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Assistant Volleyball Coach/Director of Operations will assist the Head Coach in the administration of a Division I intercollegiate volleyball program in adherence with all university, ASUN and NCAA rules and regulations to include, but not limited to coaching, recruiting, day-to-day operations, team travel and logistics.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree is required.

Experience: One year of experience is required.

Job Duties:

• 30% - Practices (Player and Team Development) - (Essential)
• 25% - Assist the head coach in the administration duties for the team, camps and clinics - (Essential)
• 10% - Recruiting - (Essential)
• 10% - Assist the head coach with competition game plan development including, but not limited to, video analysis of opponents - (Essential)
• 10% - Monitor student-athlete academic progress - (Essential)
• 5% - Compliance - (Essential)
• 5% - Marketing, Promotions and Development - (Essential)
• 5% - Assist with other dates as assigned - (Essential)
