Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Senior CRM Analyst provides technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, integration, and testing of complex technical mission-critical systems that utilize system information systems (SIS) data. Participates in strategic technical decision-making and manages daily operations and system security. provides system problem resolutions to university users through knowledge of software/language and system data and the development of best practices through research. This is done to serve the University's information needs and to assist in easy facilitation of productive business practices of the University.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's required. Master's preferred.
Experience: Two years of experience required. Experience working in a university setting in a programming or CRM related field preferred.
Must have knowledge of relational databases and computer software and languages. University experience is preferred.

CSS, Wed Design, HTML, J Query preferred
Job Duties:
- 40% - System Management: Provide technical leadership and serve as primary contact between functional and technical team(s) during design, analysis and enhancement of software solutions and systems. Coordinate testing and development of software/systems. Administer daily technical operations of the University CRM, Slate and maintain technical operations procedure manuals. Ensures the efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of data sources and information. - (Essential)
- 25% - Reporting/Testing: Supports the selection, administration, interpretation, and use of assessments related to projects or programs. Provides guidance to department/division staff to address assessment, planning, and evaluation needs through the development of measureable progress. - (Essential)
- 20% - Communications/Collaboration: Collaborate with business units across campus for process flow, impact and development of cross-functional systems. Serve as primary contact for third party software providers. Provide project/status updates in a clear and concise manner. Build collaborative relationships with business partners and across internal team. - (Essential)
- 10% - Knowledge/Training: Assist in the implementation of new systems by keeping abreast of new developments in institutional research, changing university goals, and future programming needs. Participate in professional development opportunities such as conferences, webinars and meetings. Serve as subject matter expert on system functionality. - (Essential)
- 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)
