Position Purpose
Maintain position control by analyzing, coordinating, verifying and transferring funds for all faculty and staff positions in the Academic Affairs division.
Perform miscellaneous administrative projects and assist with budgets as directed by Director, Fiscal Affairs for the Provost.
Education & Formal Training
Bachelor's degree (Specify field(s) of study below), Master's degree (Specify field(s) of study below)
Other Education & Formal Training
Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
Master’s degree in any field preferred.
Computer Skills
Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Other - Database creation and management, and Banner preferred
Experience
Three (3) years’ experience with progressively more responsible analytical experience in budget operations.
Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of budgeting, including the ability to utilize appropriate software.
