Trainee/Apprenticeship: Graduation from high school or equivalent.
Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position’s role may
be substituted on a year-for-year basis. After successful
completion of a one year apprenticeship in the assigned trade(s),
the position can be updated to the Contributing Level.

Physical Demands of Position
Employee will be subject to several extremes of heat, cold, dust
and dirt on a daily basis. Heavy lifting in excess of 50-100
pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, is also required
on a limited basis.
