Job Summary
Campus Living Property Management is excited to begin the search for a Custodial Supervisor! This person is under general supervision of the Manager of Custodial Services. This position monitors, directs, and participates in custodial and/or housekeeping activities in Auburn University Residence Halls.

Essential Functions
- Assigns and prioritizes duties to employees to ensure facilities and buildings are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
- Inspects work areas for the use of proper methods and materials.
- Oversees maintenance, dispensing, and procurement of equipment and supplies.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment by participating in custodial, floor maintenance, and/or housekeeping activities.
- Answers questions and complaints concerning performed work within assigned facilities/buildings.
- Maintains and monitors a housekeeping supplies/inventory.
- Maintain and verify employees’ hours worked and leave used.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
3 years of experience in custodial care techniques.
Substitutions allowed for Experience:
Degrees accepted in lieu of experience requirement, at a rate of one year of relevant education per year of required experience.
A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
