Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to serve as the project coordinator for campus construction, remodels and Department of Public Works projects. Assists the Director of Facilities Operations in overseeing all essential support services activities within Facilities Operations which include Custodial, Fleet, Landscape, Mail/copy and Maintenance Services. In absence of the Director of Facilities, will oversee the work of all Facilities Operations departments.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and a minimum of five years full-time related experience, including supervision, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required License and/or Certifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license
Journeyman license in any trade, or completion of /graduation from trade school
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications and a
variety of technical instruction manuals
- Ability to communicate with all departments and maintain a
productive team atmosphere
- Ability to use specialized tools and equipment associated with
the Facilities Operation trades
- Ability to effectively present and speak one-on-one and in
small group situations
- Proficient skills in operating office equipment and a computer,
including Microsoft Office and Work Order Software
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
