Two to four years' experience working with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff in an academic environment, and experience with the design thinking process (ideation, prototyping, and testing). Experience with one or several fabrication skills, including: machining, 3d printing, laser cutting, welding, sewing, electronics, woodworking, waterjet, and other design and prototyping equipment. Demonstrated success with safety, teaching and mentoring, fabrication, and/or making with an interest in maintaining and repairing shop equipment.
