Job Description
The Associate Vice Chancellor of Campus Operations will serve as a key member of the campus leadership team, reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor and Head of Asia to provide oversight for essential campus functions, including 1) student outreach and enrollment strategy, 2) student experience, 3) academic operations and 4) campus administration.
Student Outreach and Enrollment Strategy
Provide leadership and strategic direction to the student recruitment and marketing team in developing and executing effective strategies to meet the campus's enrollment goals by attracting highly qualified, diverse, and motivated students from across the region.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, direction, and innovative ideas to safeguard and promote student services, student success, career development, alumni engagement and an active life outside the classroom.

Provide leadership and strategic direction to the student recruitment and marketing team in developing and executing effective strategies to meet the campus's enrollment goals by attracting highly qualified, diverse, and motivated students from across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the student recruitment and marketing team alongside
the Academic Officer to develop and execute a comprehensive
strategic plan to meet enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the academic department and other stakeholders
to develop targeted recruitment campaigns and materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, student
preferences, and competitor activities, and use the findings to
inform marketing strategies.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials,
including brochures, websites, social media content, and
advertising campaigns.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient
allocation of resources and tracking return on investment
(ROI).
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and
new technologies relevant to student recruitment and
marketing.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and enrollment data to
evaluate marketing strategies' effectiveness and identify
improvement areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders,
such as high schools, community organizations, and industry
partners, to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Stay informed about changes in higher education policies and
Committee for Private Education (CPE) regulations that may impact
student recruitment and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction to the student services team to
improve efficiency and accuracy while fostering a culture of
continual improvement.
- Work closely with the Associate Director of Campus Operations
to ensure that university admissions, institutionally funded
scholarship program and registrar policy and procedure is adhered
to.
- Understand elements of the Private Education Act and CPE
regulations to ensure compliance, including the accuracy and
integrity of academic records, student attendance and student data
management systems.
- Work with the student services team to ensure active engagement
in the student lifecycle (applied, admitted, matriculated,
enrolled, graduating).
- Work alongside the Associate Director of Campus Operations,
academic advising services and support initiatives to ensure
students receive appropriate guidance and support for their
academic progress.
- Emphasize programs to promote student counseling services to
support student physical and mental well-being through student
awareness, resiliency skill-building, identifying high-risk
behaviors, and prevention initiatives.
- Guide strategies to enhance employment outcomes, foster
employer relationships, and coordinate career-related programs and
services.
- Work to develop innovative strategies to foster meaningful
connections and engagement with alumni to meet the campus's goal of
fostering a spirit of giving.
- Provide strategic direction to the Student Government
Association (SGA) to oversee and enhance student life by developing
comprehensive programs to create a vibrant and inclusive campus
community, coordinating student activities and events, and
supporting student organizations and leadership development.
- Promote study abroad, student exchange and the eagle mobility
program to meet the campus's global learning initiatives.
Work closely with the Academic Officer and other academic stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that support academic excellence.
- Collaborate with the academic department to ensure compliance
with accreditation standards and Private Education Act
regulations.
- Work closely with the Academic Officer in planning course
offerings, academic scheduling process, class schedules, and room
assignments.
- Collaborate with the academic department to ensure that the
academic and student life resources and facilities, including
classrooms, laboratories, and technology infrastructure, meet the
university's high standards for excellence.
- Be an integral and, when necessary, escalatory part of Student
Sanctioning Procedures, application reviews, conditional admissions
and institutionally funded aid offerings.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between
academic departments, faculty, students and administrative
staff.
- Participate in institutional committees and working groups
related to academic operations and strategic planning.
- Support academic initiatives like program reviews,
accreditation processes, and assessment activities.
- Assist in the academic and business development of 2+2, 2+3 and
4+1 programs.
- Work closely with the Academic Officer to expand industry
collaboration in applied research opportunities for students and
faculty to solve industry problems.
Assist in developing strategic plans, providing operational oversight, and supporting the Vice Chancellor and Head of Asia in managing campus affairs. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners, to ensure the achievement of the university’s mission, goals, and objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership and support to the Vice Chancellor
and Head of Asia in setting and executing the university's vision,
mission, and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to
develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and initiatives to
advance the campus's mission and enhance its academic programs and
services.
- Assist in managing and coordinating administrative functions
across various departments and divisions, ensuring effective
communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of campus programs and
initiatives, recommending improvements and adjustments as necessary
to achieve desired outcomes.
- Represent the Vice Chancellor and the campus in various
internal and external forums, fostering positive relationships with
stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders,
and industry partners.
- Provide leadership and guidance in developing and implementing
diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the campus,
promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Oversee the planning and execution of major campus events,
including commencement ceremonies and large-scale trade
exhibitions.
- Assist the Vice Chancellor and Head of Asia in preparing
reports, presentations, and communications for the Board of
Directors, government agencies, and other stakeholders as
required.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous
improvement within the campus community.
- At least 10 years of working experience in higher education
with proven track record in driving and managing enrollment
targets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and analyze market
intelligence, setting of strategies for the development and growth
of the business, strategic partnerships, international student
recruitment and research opportunities in higher education
