This position primarily serves as support for the Payroll Office.
This position is responsible for data entry and filing/scanning in
the Payroll Office; reviewing part-time temporary packets;
maintaining log of departmental leave keepers. This position
assists with maintaining an electronic time keeping system. This
position will maintain organized payroll records to ensure
compliance with the Standards Records Retention and Disposition
Schedule. This position serves as backup for other areas in the
Business Office as needed.
Associate Degree in accounting, business or related field from
a regionally accredited post-secondary institution required.
Three years general office experience, which must include data
entry, filing and organization.
