Job Description

The UMKC Bloch School’s Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership’s Trainer’s primary project will be the Missouri Supporting Early Childhood Administrators (MO-SECA) Project, supported by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. This contract-funded position will run through December 31, 2024. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to any or all of the following: facilitate and present training curriculum to state of Missouri early childhood administrators; consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership on accessing training materials and strategies; monitor and track participant training progress and adjust training to meet the goals and objectives of the training program. Position will require travel to remote locations for at least 50% of time.

This exciting new position will work remotely and can be located outside of the Kansas City region, with travel occurring throughout the state of Missouri

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree in fields of education, public or business administration, or three years of experience in nonprofit or early childhood education fields.

Anticipated Hiring Range

$55,000 - $60,000 per year and will be commensurate with industry experience
