Minimum Qualifications

Experience in food preparation or service activities in a commercial kitchen; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

License/Certification Required

Physical Demands of Position

• Standing and walking in a constant fast paced environment for 8+ hours a day
• Ability to drive a catering truck
• Lifting and lowering, pushing and pulling items in excess of 40 lbs
• Stooping and bending to retrieve items from ovens, shelves, trucks, etc.
• Set up, breakdown and cleaning equipment.
• Pushing and pulling heavy carts, floats, and containers on and off the trucks and up and down elevators.
