Clinicaltrials.gov Administrative Assistant

The Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation and our Communications Division invites VCU Students to apply for an exciting opportunity as a Clinicaltrials.gov administrative assistant (an hourly position in the General Administration Job Family under the Job Code of Administrative Assistant 1 - 19011).


Position Responsibilities:


Verify existing data and enter missing data into RedCap database for clinicaltrials.gov
records - Screen clinicaltrials.gov records for specific dates and either verify they are correctly entered into the RedCap database or enter them into the database

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
MUST BE A VCU STUDENT
Must be Detail oriented
School of Health Professions or School of Pharmacy student
Ability to work independently once trained and able to report back on progress each week
The candidate should have demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU.

Preferred Qualifications:
Some experience entering data into RedCap or a similar database

Salary Range: HOURLY - $15.00 - $16.00
