Chair, Department of Nursing/Chief Nurse Administrator

The College of St. Scholastica (CSS), a regional comprehensive institution in Duluth, Minnesota, seeks an innovative, collaborative and experienced leader to serve as Chair of the Nursing Department. CSS operates as a vibrant, multi-campus institution with baccalaureate, graduate, online and certificate programs in Nursing. Baccalaureate and graduate programs are offered on both the Duluth and St. Cloud campuses. The College has a rich history in educating nurses to meet the local, regional, and national needs of the time. The Department of Nursing aspires to be a model for academic excellence: creating innovative and inclusive programs, cultivating diversity, and promoting health and human flourishing in served communities.

The successful candidate will:
