Description:
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced business professor with a deep understanding of the legal environment for business to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and research, as well as a proven track record of success in both academia and the business world.
Responsibilities Are As Follows:
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in business law, including topics such as contracts, torts, intellectual property, and employment law along with other business courses such as management, communication, ethics and/or marketing.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in top-tier academic journals.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters.
- Participate in departmental and university service activities.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Business and Certificate or Diploma in Business Law, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Preferably with teaching experience at tertiary education level.
- Demonstrated expertise in the legal environment for business through publications, presentations, or professional experience.
- Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
