Job Summary
The primary function of this position is to serve as an Enrollment and Records Specialist, including responsibilities for enrollment and fee processing as well as reviewing and maintaining student records. This position processes enrollment and fee-related functions that involve specialized arrangements, including student term withdrawals, concurrent enrollments, tuition/fee waiver calculations, auditors, and student career status changes, among others. This position works in concert with appropriate staff inside and outside the Registrar's Office to respond to and resolve fee and enrollment questions and problems, as well as collaborate on process improvements related to fee and enrollment processing. This position also has responsibilities for reviewing and maintaining student records in relation to enrollment changes and regular term processing. In addition, the position works with appropriate staff inside and outside the Registrar's Office to assist in the general enrollment of students as well as the delivery of student records, including, but not limited to, transcript and verification processing.
This position may be eligible for partial remote/hybrid work. Salary will be determined by the finalist's experience, education, training, internal/external pay equity, and other factors.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualified applicants must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate combination of training and experience as a professional in a business setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Evidence of customer service skills


Preferred Qualifications
Preference for applicants who have:
  • Administrative experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft or another similar integrated data management system
  • Experience processing student enrollments, managing tuition and fee assessments, and/or maintaining student records in a higher education environment
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to engage positively and in collaboration with others in a productive, forward-thinking manner, and to communicate effectively, courteously, and tactfully
